We want to thank you very much for all your excellent work last week 
when you installed the new boiler, and took away the tanks etc. Each day 
you left our flat looking clean and tidy, and when we returned here  
last Wednesday the place looked immaculate - and even the carpets had 
had a good going over with the vacuum cleaner!  The whole procedure was 
so much easier (for us, that is) than we expected.
